Meet Lili

Our stunning girl Lili has already endured so much in her young life. Abandoned to the streets, she was likely attacked—her left ear has no tip, and her right front leg was injured after being hit by a car. Thankfully, it was treated and healed, though it remains slightly crooked. Despite it all, Lili continues to move with ease and joy – she loves to run, play, and explore.

Lili is wonderfully affectionate, especially with people. She has a soft, feminine energy and expressive eyes that seem to tell the story of everything she’s survived. She’s gentle, cuddly, and loves being around children and other dogs.

That said, Lili can be a little possessive of her bed – understandably so, given her difficult start in life. She would do well as an only dog or in a home with another calm dog and an experienced family who can support her as she continues to feel safe and secure. Her bed is her comfort zone, and she absolutely LOVES it.

Though her front legs are a bit bent now, she still walks well and would enjoy regular strolls and park outings – just not long-distance hikes.

When we rescued Lili, she was diagnosed with heartworm, but it was caught early and fully treated. She now receives monthly preventative care thanks to our amazing Whispaws supporters.

Lili is ready to find a loving home where she can finally rest, feel safe, and be cherished – cosy bed included. 🛏️💛
